To provide clinical lead role for the Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICELS) and support the ICELS Partnership and Contracts Manager to deliver a high quality, person centred Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICELS) on behalf of all partners to the pooled fund agreement for the ICELS.

Act as gatekeeper for approval of special and catalogue equipment orders and co-ordinate and lead special equipment review panels 25% Take the lead on ICELS training for prescribers and the development of policies and procedures that support equipment provision and safe use for the ICELS 10% Provide lead clinical liaison role with the equipment provider and health and social care staff across LLR.

15% Manage and maintain the refurbished specials stock, offering advice to professionals trying to identify suitable equipment and to assist with sourcing alternative equipment.

15% Attend and support the ICELS Adults and Children & Young Peoples Professional Advisory Groups.
