Whether you are looking for morning, early evening, or weekends, our hours are very flexible to provide work-life balance. Whatever your availability, we have a place for caring and reliable individuals.
Our homecare service is one of just 4% in England, rated as "Outstanding" and our Caregivers work anything between 12 and 35 hours each week. It's up to you how many regular clients you would like to support. Just tell us and we will work with you.
We pay you for your training, and whether or not you have experience of caring, you 'shadow' an experienced Caregiver.
Hourly salary is £12.25 weekdays, £13.50 evenings and weekends. Bank holidays are paid at double rate. In addition, we pay our team for mileage between clients.
Supporting and caring for mainly older people in the community, our visits are not rushed, and are a minimum of one hour
We support clients with companionship, meal preparation, shopping trips, appointments, medication etc.
Visiting clients in their own homes, you will be assigned and introduced to clients who you get to know well.
We will offer you an amazing support package to ensure that you are happy and confident whilst doing your role.

Duties will include:

Requirements of a Caregiver:
- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
- Have a genuine passion to want to help others
- Be a reliable person with a positive attitude
