Overview

Administrator - About The Role

  • Providing office based administrative support to financial advisors.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is filed promptly and that files are maintained in good order.
  • Printing off standard database reports, both routinely, and upon request.
  • Storing and retrieving papers for followup.
  • Handling client phone calls in the absence of a Consultant/Administrator.
  • Photocopying.
  • Undertaking other tasks at the consultant's request to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Production of standard letters on the instructions of the consultant

The successful Administrator will have

  • Office based experience
  • Administration experience
  • Customer service client facing experience
  • Microsoft Office Intermediate + skills
  • Good keyboard entry skills
