Candidate Profile:

  • CIPD qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years' HR management experience.
  • Proven track record in managing cultural change in organizations.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability for strategic thinking and planning.
  • Emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Adaptability and resilience.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
