We are looking for motivated and innovative team member to provide administration support to the Radiology, Neurophysiology and Outpatient Service Manager.

To also work with the Radiology Quality and QSI Manager to maintain documentation required for UKAS QSI Accreditation.

  • To work using independent judgement within procedural guidelines to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Radiology, Neurophysiology and Outpatient Services Manager.
  • Establishing communication networks within the team and with other appropriate health care professionals, organising meetings and taking minutes for departmental and trust meetings.
  • To organise and manage the document management system
  • Ensure all Radiology documentation is compliant with QSI accreditation.
  • Support Radiology Manager and modality leads in all matters relating to QSI.


The Radiology Department at Dorset County Hospital is a progressive, patient focused department and is highly regarded by the clinical teams that use our services.

The department is a busy district general hospital department providing CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, interventional radiology, symptomatic breast services and plain film and is also a friendly place to work with an excellent working relationship between all staff within the department regardless of position.


  • To ensure that staff resources and documents are distributed according to the need and priority.
  • High degree of autonomy, with the post holder managing their own workload. The post holder has high degree of autonomy within range of set parameters.
  • Provide project support to all Radiology staff involved in QSI
  • Responsible for maintaining, monitoring and updating Radiology documents and the upload of these onto the document management system
  • To organise and manage the document management system
  • Ensure all Radiology documentation is compliant with QSI accreditation.
  • Support Radiology Manager and modality leads in all matters relating to QSI.
  • Liaise with other QSI staff across the 3 Dorset Trusts
  • Organise and monitor the annual audit timetable
