We seek an enthusiastic experienced Electrical Lecturer/Trainer to work with our team in delivering the City and Guilds 5357 apprenticeship program, both theory and practical.

The Lecturer will be concerned with the effective delivery of training outcomes and will be responsible for creating engaging presentations and enlightening classroom activities.

This position requires a positive attitude, commitment to excellence, and the ability to communicate effectively with both students and staff.


Responsibilities:

  • Create training materials.
  • Teach people new skills.
  • Come up with classroom activities.
  • Develop training program specifications.
  • Manage apprenticeship programs.
  • Adjust training programs according to employee needs and individual development.

Salary:
From £40,000.00 per year
