This involves implementing data driven attendance strategies, collaborating with various agencies to address the underlying causes of absenteeism, and developing policies aligned with the Trust's values.

The Family Engagement Coordinator will engage with families and the community to foster regular attendance, monitor and report on attendance trends and participate in professional development to stay abreast of best practices.

Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the impact of absenteeism.

They must be committed to the Trust's values, demonstrate innovative thinking, and have a strong commitment to student welfare.

The role is critical in driving the Trust's mission of making every child a successful citizen and requires a candidate who is passionate about making a significant impact in education.
