Project Manager at RSE Water Technologies and Modular Build Team

Our Water Technologies and Modular Build team is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Dalgety Bay. You will be leading project delivery and managing project performance from start to finish, supervising operational sites and overseeing delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project liaisons from initial enquiry to final acceptance and documentation.
  • Instruct, direct, and allocate work to Trade Operatives & Apprentices.
  • Ensure technical information is readily available for design and construction.
  • Manage Project Quality deliverables and procedures.
  • Interpret and check drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Identify and resolve non-conformance issues.
  • Develop and manage project programmes.
  • Handle project Change Management.
  • Financial Management of Projects.
  • Manage system and product design alignment.
  • Procure goods and services.
  • Engage with Subcontractors.
  • Prepare and manage Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans.
  • Complete estimates, quotations, risk assessments, and method statements.
  • Oversee health, safety, and environmental issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree/HND/HNC in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven Project Management experience.
  • Knowledge of Design Codes, Technical Standards, and Regulations.
  • Good time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • UK Driving Licence.
