Project Manager

Our team in Dalgety Bay is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join us.
You'll be in charge of overseeing projects and managing project performance from start to finish.
This involves supervising operational sites and teams, such as Project Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors, and Sub-Contractors.Key Duties of the Role:
- Manage project liaisons from initial enquiry to final acceptance and documentation. - Meeting clients to understand requirements and conduct site surveys when needed. - Assign work to Trade Operatives & Apprentices, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety. - Ensure timely availability of technical information for design and construction. - Oversee Project Quality deliverables and procedures for compliance. - Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules. - Coordinate works and finalize documentation (As Built Drawings etc.). - Identify and resolve non-conformance issues early. - Develop Tender, Design, and Construction Programmes. - Handle project Change Management effectively. - Manage project finances including budgeting and forecasting. - Coordinate system and product designs. - Procure goods and services. - Engage with subcontractors, review H&S documentation. - Prepare and manage Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans. - Provide estimates, quotations, risk assessments, and method statements. - Manage health, safety, and environmental concerns.Requirements:
- Degree/HND/HNC in Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven Project Management experience.
- Knowledge of relevant Design Codes, Standards, and Regulations.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with engineering tools and materials.
- Persuasive, encouraging, and able to collaborate effectively.
- Interpersonal skills to lead and motivate teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Water industry experience preferred but not necessary.
- Familiarity with NEC suite of contracts.
