As a Procurement Infrastructure Specialist you will be responsible for limiting third-party risk across the business by supporting the end-to-end process review for all new vendors, globally. You will have an excellent eye for detail, ability to liaise and challenge business owners, enthusiasm for technology and some background in procurement or finance would be beneficial but not essential.

Reporting to the Global Head of Procurement Infrastructure you will be part of the Global Procurement Team, who are responsible for driving and implementing best-in-class technology tools and processes to drive the global digitalisation of the function and contribute to developing a high-performance team leading the industry.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new suppliers, including reviewing and approving requests ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document supplier onboarding requirements for process and technology implementation and enhancements.
  • Day-to-day support and ownership of all supplier onboarding technology along with its other technology integrations by providing expertise and guidance.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with various teams (onshore and offshore) and at various seniority levels who are impacted by the process and technology.
  • Collate and deliver data and KPI reports on both a periodic and adhoc basis as required by internal teams.
  • Responsible for the monitoring and status of suppliers through the onboarding journey.
  • Act as a point-of-contact for both suppliers and internal stakeholders addressing inquiries or issues related to the supplier onboarding process.

Who you are

  • Do you have experience in processes that require an excellent eye for detail and spotting data inaccuracies?
  • Do you have experience in the tactical & operational aspects of the implementation of new technology?
  • Do you have the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks, projects and deadlines?
  • Are you able to work independently and in a team environment?
  • Do you have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with suppliers and cross-functional teams?
  • Do you have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills?
  • Do you have demonstrable work experience in any of the following fields, e.g. system administration, data entry, accounts admin, operations, retail management?
  • Do you have some experience in procurement tools & systems - P2P/S2P?
  • Do you have experience in working with multiple stakeholders?
  • Do you have strong Microsoft Office applications knowledge, such as Excel and PowerPoint?
