The role of a Quantity Surveyor involves taking on commercial responsibilities for projects, such as valuations, cost reports, subcontract procurement, and final accounting. Additionally, the job includes managing subcontractors and collaborating with the site team, under the supervision of a Senior Quantity Surveyor reporting to a Commercial Manager.

An extensive civil engineering background is crucial for this role, as the projects encompass a wide array of elements like earthworks, highways, drainage systems, and footways.

Requirements:
