Main purpose of the role:

To provide technical administration, focusing on defects support, compliance checks and data input and management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide full technical administration support to the Employer's Agents / Quantity Surveyors in the Residential Team delivering both private and affordable housing sector projects.
  • Work flexibly within a wider administrative and technical administrative team to provide general administration support and a variety of clerical and related tasks to support the needs of the business.
  • Manage incoming queries and requests appropriately together with updating clients CRM portals.
  • Notify, organise, and manage the End of Defects process with Clients, Employer's Agents / Quantity Surveyors, Clerk of Works, and Contractors and future liaison with our clients' tenants.
  • Liaise with relevant project leads to obtain required information to update key logs and planners.
  • Check information/ documentation provided to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Treat all clients and colleagues to an excellent level of service.
  • Be a point of contact for queries and lead on the residential defects process.
