Oversee all content production from ideation and planningto determining which team members are needed todirecting the process of capturing the contentand finallyoverseeing and guidingpost-production edits and finetuning.
Create and own the social media strategy and grow the brand; work with the senior team to develop and implement these strategies.
Integrate our e-comm project with social media platforms in collaboration with the e-commerce team.Stay up to date with all platform trends, features, and how to best optimize content.
Provide final authorization on content uploads - ensure there are no glitches, spelling mistakes, or content-breaking issues.
This includes coming up with & executing a launch strategy, as well as a long-term growth strategy.
Spearhead recruitment, screening and testingof top talent video editors.
Build a trusted database of top talent editors.
Are enthusiastic about social media content and strategy and have a passion for growth.
Have experience with all social media platforms, including an understanding of content guidelines & monetization policies for each platform.
Have experience managing social media teams and providing guidance and feedback re content ideas, video edits, etc.Have an understanding of storytelling and what makes engaging & sharable content.
Have previous experience working as a social content manager, content lead, or head of content.
Are fluent in English, with impeccable grammar and punctuation skills.
