We are looking for dedicated children's home waking night support workers, to be part of a team offering a comprehensive residential service to children and young people who have a diagnosed learning disability.

The aim being to ensure the physical, social and emotional well-being of the children/young people, and assist in their positive holistic development, we require passionate and driven people who want to make a significant difference to the lives of vulnerable children, supporting them with independence, being able to follow their support plans and behaviour support plans consistently and being able to develop a strong bond and trusting relationship.

Flexibility is key as we are a busy home and run it to the needs of the young people, we are open 24 hours a day 365 days a year, Nights shifts are 8pm/8am, 9pm-9am/ 10pm-9am Monday - Sunday on a rolling rota


Diploma level 3 in residential childcare desirable, or a willingness to complete this qualification in the time scale set in the Children's Homes Regulations 2015.

£11.00 per hour
