Responsibilities
- Answer and forward phone calls
- Screen phone calls
- Meet and greet clients and customers
- Organise and book meetings
- Arrange couriers
- Keep the reception area tidy
- Sort and distribute post
- Book accommodation for installers/assessors
- Support the reception team by covering absence
- General administration
Skills
- Have previous reception or customer service experience
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Be excellent at multitasking
- Be hardworking and punctual
- Be confident in greeting and speaking to clients and customers
