Position Summary

To provide administrative support on all aspects of HR to ensure the delivery of a professional, customer focused HR service to all managers and employees.

The provision of general administrative tasks across HR, as well as administration support for the Recruitment, Learning & Development and Benefits teams. Contributing to HR projects and initiatives as appropriate. Working closely with the HR Business Partners and HR Associates.

Functional Knowledge

Some understanding of HR processes Some understanding of employment legislation Good knowledge of MS applications. Attention to detail, together with exceptional organisational skills.

General Background, Experience & Professional Qualifications

Willing to study towards a CIPD Qualification Good written and communication skills Excellent client service skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines. Experience of working within a fast-paced client driven environment. Experience of working within Human Resources and of general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Support with managing the UK HR Enquiries Inbox and UK PeopleHub Inbox. Support with the completion of any internal letters required such as changes to terms and conditions, promotions, flexible working. Internal Promotions – process from start to finish with the support of the HR Associate. Administer the Eye Care Vouchers. Respond to any reference requests. Probation – sending out completion emails, administering the system, inform HR Associate if probation is to be extended or ended and confirm the process with the manager with the support of the HR Associate and HRBP. New Starter/Maternity Gifts/retirement gifts/Coupa orders. Processing and upkeep of employee files (removing leavers, conducting file audits, working with recruitment for new starter files). Content manager/ Snowdrop transfer of files. Support and assist with SharePoint maintenance and updates. HR Shared Drive- maintaining files and templates. Supporting with contractor's set-up and yearly audits. Maintaining employee records on Crawford Benefits Platform. Supporting Recruitment – taster into each area of HR. Supporting Benefits – taster into each area of HR. Supporting L&D – taster into each area of HR. As required, support with the benefit administration. Support with the New Starter weekly welcome sessions. Ad hoc travel involved as and when required. A completely flexible approach is required at all times.
