Hotel Receptionist

- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out of the hotel
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle guest inquiries
- Assist with reservations and ensure accurate booking information
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in highpressure situations
Please note this role will require working some weekends and will entail a number of early and late shifts
