The Underwriter Support Advisors Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls from Intermediaries and customers, offering expert support on policy and process requirements.
- Collaborate within the property department to meet targets and objectives, supporting wider business teams as needed.
- Prioritise efficiency and accuracy to reduce turnaround times and improve customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our overall service delivery.
- Mitigate risks by staying vigilant to potential process and external threats.
- Identify opportunities for role improvement to elevate customer service standards and contribute to company development.
The Underwriter Support Advisor should have:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and analytical skills
- Proven team player in a dynamic environment
- Ability to thrive under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in problemsolving and decisionmaking
- Experience in regulated banking or financial services preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and ability to adapt to inhouse systems.
