Service Advisor Opportunity at Prestige Car Dealership

Richard Abson Group is assisting a premium car dealership in Wilmslow to find a skilled Service Advisor. This is an excellent chance to work with a well-known and reputable dealer group, offering progression, support, and fantastic training.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with enquiries, technical information, and providing progress updates on their vehicles. You will also be involved in sales of Service Plans and additional services.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience in the same role or similar within the main dealer network.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for customer service and sales.
  • Proficiency in Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).

The business offers a competitive basic salary of £30,000, with additional uncapped bonuses for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales - earning between £36,000 - £38,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am-12:30pm.
