As a Technology Advocate, your role involves assisting customers across various solution areas, contributing to IT strategy roadmaps and essential projects, connecting Bechtle's core BSST pillars as needed. By engaging with new and existing customers, you play a key role in generating a significant return on investment for the business. We fully support your development in line with evolving market trends. Your scope of support encompasses all Bechtle UK locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, design, and present hybrid infrastructure solutions that focus on transitioning traditional infrastructure to cloud or hybrid environments, addressing customer business challenges.
  • Architect, size, and configure solutions utilizing various tools, providing QA support for complex projects.
  • Demonstrate how technology pillars align and bring in resources for in-depth technical discussions.
  • Showcase top-notch whiteboarding and presentation skills for strategic discussions with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Create IT Strategy Roadmaps and Technology Plans for customers to modernize their systems.
  • Drive key client business growth and manage complex infrastructure and cloud migration projects.
  • Collaborate with 2-4 key vendors to grasp customer/technology strategies supporting engagements, e.g., Microsoft, HPE, DELL.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to adopt a solution-centric approach with clients.
  • Promote Bechtle's value within the IT supply chain to vendors, partners, and distributors.

  • Continuously update knowledge and certifications with key vendors in Hybrid Infrastructure.
