At Emtec Facility Services our clients have the comfort of knowing that once we complete an installation, the Facility Services division will provide their installation with a long-term, effective, planned preventative and 24-hour reactive maintenance service Nationally.


Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a
Resource Coordinator to join our Team working on a prestigious contract based at our
HQ in Uddingston.

In this role you would be supporting the Senior Resource Coordinator, working on the helpdesk for a prestigious contract.

This is a fully Office based role.

The Role

  • Supporting the Senior resource Coordinator, working on the Helpdesk
  • Answering calls and providing updates to clients
  • Issuing PO's to the engineers and subcontractors
  • Raising jobs as they come into the mailbox ensuring all SLA's are met
  • Updating planners for site visits and keep clients updates
  • Updating and Uploading reports
