We are actively speaking to professionals for a Desk Based Account Manager position within a subsidiary of a national telecoms provider.
Together with the Partner Managers, this person will be directly responsible for the performance of Programme level partnerswithin 2 assigned regions.
They will work with the Partner Managers against the sales targets set for new connections and upgrades on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
They will also be responsible for performance against agreed KPIs within the regions and the overall partnersatisfaction score (NPS) for the partners in the two regions.
Reporting in to the Head of Sales, this role will oversee the inputs and outputs of the partners in the region and work with the PMs on the overall sales performance.
They will need to ensure the effective and planned management of workload across the baseto ensure that tasks, priorities and projects are delivered on time and to a high quality.
Mon - Wed: office basedThur - Fri: remote working
Specific Responsibilities
- Targets and pipeline management
- Account managing existing clients
- Overseeing the management of inbound sales opportunities and enquiries
- Supporting the Partner Manager in reporting on the regions performance against sales performance targets
- Ensuring use of all of the tools and systems to best effect to support the team performance against budget
