The Practice:


GVC are providing recruitment support to a recognised
Veterinary Group for one of their expanding clinics situated in West Midlands, who are actively recruiting for a
Clinical Co-ordinator to assist with the day to day operation of their veterinary clinical team.

This is a non-clinical role which will involve liaising with and collaborating with the management team to efficiently arrange the veterinary team, responsibilities will primarily involve;

  • Rota management across all sites
  • Inductions
  • Promote and develop clinical retention and development to include recruitment
  • Adapt to challenging situations and work with the SLT for full resolution.
  • Chair monthly meetings with the clinical team
