The Council is seeking an enthusiastic professional to join their Building Control team, operating with flexibility and offering employee benefits including mobile working, free parking, and professional development.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with the Building Act and related legislation, conducting site inspections, plan checking, and enforcing regulations. Deputizing for the Team Leader may be required.
