Role Overview

As an RPO Recruiter, you be responsible for managing various recruitment and administrative activities that would be specific to the account and ensuring those are processed in a timely manner. These activities will include: Timely ATS and internal tracker updates, capturing candidates' applications, scheduling and screening candidates, collating screening notes, submission of shortlists, scheduling interviews, feedback and offer management.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively sourcing active and passive candidates utilising different channels (e.g. Screening candidates by reviewing received CVs and applications.
  • Timely review and response to applications captured within the client ATS.
  • Telephone screening candidates and assessing their suitability for the role.
  • Interviewing candidates on the phone.
  • Engaging with senior recruiters or managers to discuss candidate profiles.
  • Updating the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects recruitment process.
  • Performing other administrative tasks related to the Client's recruitment process.
  • Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
  • Updating the applicant tracking system as and when required and ensure data accuracy at all times.
  • Completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required.
  • Ability to pivot sourcing process to respond to achieve delivery objectives.
  • Managing the customers' needs and expectations and working to the service levels agreed with the client.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
  • Management of day to day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
  • Completing daily and weekly productivity trackers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Proactively and positively supporting your colleagues to achieve team based objectives / deliverables.

The Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing or coordination role.
  • First class time management skills and an adherence to self-imposed strict diary management
  • A calm approach to handling consistently shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and good phone manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
