Job Description

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for managing various recruitment and administrative activities that are specific to the account and ensuring they are processed in a timely manner. This includes:

  • Timely ATS and internal tracker updates
  • Capturing candidates' applications
  • Scheduling and screening candidates
  • Collating screening notes
  • Submission of shortlists
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Feedback and offer management

You will also be responsible for:

  • Timely review and response to applications captured within the client ATS
  • Telephone screening candidates and assessing their suitability for the role
  • Interviewing candidates on the phone
  • Updating the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the recruitment process
  • Performing other administrative tasks related to the Client's recruitment process
  • Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Updating the applicant tracking system as and when required and ensuring data accuracy at all times

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing or coordination role
  • A calm approach to handling consistently shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and good phone manner
  • Detail Obsessed - Focus on delivering quality and attention to detail in order to deliver exceptional outputs to our client's needs
  • Being super organised - Excellent planning, organisation and implementation skills
