Senior Clinical Trials and Operations Manager – Guildford & Winchester– Up to £55,000 D.o.E + Benefits

The Company
Carrot Recruitment are acting as a recruitment agency sourcing a Senior Clinical Trials and Operations Manager for a permanent full-time position covering two facilities (Guildford and Winchester). This is a great opportunity to join a clinical research provider who is making positive headway supporting pharmaceutical companies to identify new products to positively impact patient care and treatment.

The Role
Reporting to the Clinical Services Director and CEO, the Senior Clinical Trials and Operations Manager this role will be responsible for the clinical trial operations and associated administrative requirements for the onsite trials. Managing a team in each site, it will be their overall responsibility to ensure the compliant and efficient running of trials in accordance to GCP and company SOPs. They will work closely with the PI and Sub I to achieve site KPIs in relation to patient recruitment, screening and quality, being responsible for the internal QA audit schedules alongside other duties.

You

  • Proven experience of clinical trial coordination and operations for commercial trials
  • Management experience
  • GCP trained (although refresher training can be completed within onboarding)
  • Superior communication and organisation skills
  • Familiarity with preparing for internal and external audits
  • Able to work collaboratively to achieve site KPIs
  • Proficient and accurate use of EDC systems
