Job Summary:

We are seeking a Food Safety and Quality Supervisor to join our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing, implementing and ensuring compliance with all BRCGS food safety proecdures in addition to general Health and safety procedures at the production sites.

Your will be working closey with our BRCGS consultant who will be guiding

Duties:

  • Develop and implement BRCGS policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Provide safety training to employees on various topics including hazard communication, emergency response, and personal protective equipment
  • Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and make recommendations for improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of safetyrelated incidents, training, and inspections

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles
  • Previopus experience of BRCGS accreditation
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends related to safety performance
  • Familiarity with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities
