Job Summary:


We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team, providing morning or evening care to elderly and vulnerable individuals in their own homes.

The role involves assisting with daily living tasks, providing personal care, and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor or healthcare professional
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client care
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients at all times
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a care setting is not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle
