Residential Care Support Worker - Days
Location:
Deafway, Brockholes Brow, Preston, Lancashire
Pay rate:
£ £21197 depending on an NVQ 3 qualification
Contracted hours:
3 shifts - working on a 3 shifts on and 3 off shifts off pattern over a 6-week rolling rota 7.
45am to 8pm
The role will involve providing practical, emotional, and social support to help our residents maintain their independence and achieve their goals.

We are offering:
- 5.6 weeks including statutory Bank/Public Holidays (pro rata).
- Paid 2week induction program including Deaf Awareness Training.
- British Sign Language Training from Introduction to Level

Job Details:
- 39.5 hours per week on average Monday to Sunday as 3day shifts on and 3 days off.
- Hours are between 7.45 am and 8.00 pm on a sixweek rolling rota basis.
- Roles involve shift work including some weekends and bank holidays.
- Hourly rate £ depending on qualifications.
