Our client is a prestigious hotel group known for its exceptional service and luxurious accommodations. They are dedicated to providing unforgettable experiences for their guests and are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with corporate and revenue leadership to drive revenue and market share growth
- Lead and manage Business Travel, Travel Trade, and Consortia teams to meet revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance business opportunities
- Actively seek new business opportunities to expand our footprint in the market
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize Average Daily Rate and revenue
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 10 years management experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record in sales and relationship-building within the corporate sector
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
