VP of Customer Success – Health-tech Scale-up – London (remote)

Reporting directly to the CEO & COO, You will drive customer lifetime value by defining the customer journey and deploying scalable processes for large enterprise clients

Key Responsibilities as a VP of Customer Success

  • You will have commercial ownership including driving referrals, expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Head of Customer Success to develop and iterate their onboarding & success process, devising the playbooks and frameworks to maximize user delight and fanaticism
  • Help build a world-class CS organization - Implement the right processes at the right times to maximize discounted team productivity and minimize discounted dev time of the features that will lead to maximum conversion.
  • Work with the product and distribution teams to identify and implement opportunities to delight users at every single touchpoint they have with the team.
  • Work on expanding the total addressable market, expanding new product lines, working on upsells, cross-sells, and maximizing CS referrals

Your Experience:

  • 8+ years experience in top-tier consulting and Customer Success/Sales focused roles within a B2B/Enterprise/SaaS environment
  • Experience within the healthcare industry not required (but beneficial)
  • Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record in building customer success playbooks.

The base salary for this role is competitive depending on the preferred location. The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and location.
