Are you ready to play a vital role in improving patient care pathways? As a Patient Pathway Coordinator, your main objective is to ensure patients receive timely care and support to meet RTT and cancer targets. Join our close-knit team at the Women's Health Speciality Business Unit to enhance patient experiences and reduce waiting lists for treatment.
Main Duties:
- Support achievement of referral to treatment targets, including national cancer goals
- Manage patient pathways effectively in Women's Health departments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless care within target time frames
- Generate weekly reports and monitor risks proactively

Qualifications & Experience:
Essential Criteria:
- English and Maths GCSE (Grade C or above) or equivalent
- Experience dealing with others in a busy NHS environment
- Understanding of clinical services in a hospital setting
- Awareness of 18-week RTT Target and cancer targets
- Knowledge of patient pathways and clinic management
- Proven ability in clinic management and capacity optimization
- Operational experience in clinic throughput management
- Monitoring WLI expenditure
Desirable Criteria:
- In-depth knowledge of Gynaecology, Breast, and oncology
- Experience in managing National and Local KPIs
- Evidence of improving patient pathways and experience through change management
