Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior DBT Therapist to join their DBT service in Roehampton.

The role involves managing a program with 4 weekly skills groups for clients, ensuring smooth operations from referral to discharge.


Responsibilities:

  • Allocate 1:1 Therapists and maintain a clinical caseload.
  • Record comprehensive clinical notes and risk assessments.
  • Support funding arrangements for patients.
  • Contribute to service development and improvement.
  • Represent the hospital at the DBT Network.
  • Organize and manage DBT program schedules.
  • Oversee new referrals and ensure timely assessments.

Requirements:

  • Evidence of promoting/supporting active user/carer involvement/ participation
  • Evidence of working as part of a DBT Service
  • Professional registration and/or relevant membership.
  • Experience in user/carer involvement and working in a DBT service.
  • Ethical values and attitudes within a culture of equality and diversity.
