The applicant will be expected to handle both inbound and outbound service calls with a high level of customer service, empathy, and professionalism.

The job consists of dealing with customers service enquiries both on the phone and online, using both manufacture and dealer systems.

Good I.T. skills will be required with an understanding of excel.


Warm and friendly phone manner with the ability to build a rapport with customers and the confidence to be able to multitask to solve any issues the customer may have.


Excellent organizational skills are required for this role, along with an ability to maintain timely communication with a range of customers.

Industry experience is
NOT required all necessary training will be provided. The shift pattern will be 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 to 16:00 Friday.
