**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our All Age Carers Centre in Telford & Wrekin CVS. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff and volunteers, providing support to unpaid family carers, and developing collaborative working practices with local, regional, and national agencies.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide person-centred support to carers, ensuring their safety and well-being within the community
* Supervise and support staff and volunteers, overseeing their supervision and training
* Develop and implement strategies to identify unmet need, set priorities, and contribute to the local carers strategy
* Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to CVS Senior Management and external funders
* Network with local and national agencies to develop collaborative working practices and links

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in managing a team and developing collaborative working practices
* Strong understanding of the needs of unpaid family carers and the importance of person-centred support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including out-of-hours and occasional weekend work
