Our projects cover a wide range of values, from £5k to £15m. As a Principal Contractor and Principal Designer, we take on various schemes while supporting our Tier 1 contractor clients both on-site and through off-site manufacturing capacities.


The Role:
  • Responsible for constructing control panels in compliance with BS7671 and Bridges' Health & Safety Regulations.
  • Full-time role, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Understanding designs, identifying issues, sizing cables, and verifying components.
    • Ensuring high-quality builds according to project quality and inspection plans.
    • Promoting and advocating for safety through dynamic risk assessments.
    • Providing guidance to Electrical Improvers and Apprentices.
    • Exemplifying Bridges' core values.
    • Professionalism and representing Bridges positively.

Requirements:
  • Experience in panel construction.
  • Strong punctuality and reliability.
  • Openness to learning and participating in occupational Health and Safety training.
  • Numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Readiness to take on self and team responsibilities.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and follow instructions.
