Customer Engagement Assistant, Grade 5, £23, ,500 per annum.
We are looking for customer focused individuals to join our reception team; you must have experience of working in a front facing customer environment with excellent customer care skills along with a commitment to performance and excellent service delivery.
The position is in the Town Hall reception, you will be responsible for receiving visitors, responding to customer queries and directing customers to services accessible via freephones and online, providing digital assistance where required.
Provide excellent service to all customers contacting the Council, both internally and externally, in accordance with the Council's Corporate Customer Care Charter.
Normal hours of work are 18.5 hours per week Wednesday 1.00pm to 5.00pm, Thursday and Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm.
