As a CRM Executive at Paysend , you are the voice of Paysend when talking to our customers around the world; You'll be instrumental to developing CRM campaigns and delivering complex marketing automations effectively to enhance customer experiences.

You'll sit within the Global CRM team but work closely with various stakeholders across the business, including Engineering, regional, product and data team.

Support the CRM Manager with the development of global CRM lifecycle strategy, including multi-channel automations and triggered campaigns from creation to execution and reporting

Plan, execute and optimise BAU CRM campaigns and coordinate content, creative and copywriting with the product team to ensure messages are targeted to relevant customer segments.

Run a continuous programme of A/B testing and segmentation optimisation across all touchpoints and report regularly to internal stakeholders.

Perform comprehensive competitor analysis, gaining insights into the broader market performance of DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) channels.
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools (Braze or similar is a plus)
Excellent understanding of analytics and using data to help shape business and campaign decisions
Strong time management with the ability to manage projects and prioritise
Knowledge of GDPR and other regulations governing customer data privacy and protection
