We operate on a 3-shift per 24 hours basis (AM/PM/Nights), 365 days a year.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated teams. Your main base will be at our Children's Home in Tiverton, with additional support for other internal children's homes.

Your role will involve:

  • Supporting children and young people to achieve their personal wishes and goals.
  • Being aspirational towards the outcomes of children.
  • Creating a fun and positive atmosphere.
  • Organising and participating in activities.
  • Being proactive and innovative in finding new methods to engage.

We are seeking individuals with qualities such as the ability to engage and build positive relationships with children and young people, remain calm in challenging situations, implement boundaries, work well in a team, adapt quickly, and show empathy and emotional resilience.
