A very exciting opportunity has arisen to join our multi-discipline team as a Speciality Endoscopist - GP with a Specialist interest at our Emerson's Green Hospital.
You will be required to deliver high quality upper and lower day case gastroenterology services. Should you only specialise in one area shown below, this would also be sufficient and the Company would support any opportunity to widen your skill set through supported training. The work will be carried out principally under local anaesthesia with or without sedation.
You will be a highly valued member of our team, bringing your expertise, with plenty of opportunities to collaborate and learn in return.
We are open to both part-time and full-time applicants.

What you'll be doing
You will be required to demonstrate a high level of skill in the following areas: Diagnostic Oesophago-Gastro-Duodenoscopy Diagnostic Flexible Sigmoidoscopy Diagnostic Colonoscopy Expertise in therapeutic Colonoscopy in particular resection of colonic polyps Safe sedation practice Managing any complications of these procedures.
