About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Salaried GP to join our team at Bridge View Medical. As a Salaried GP, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a full range of GP services, including routine and same-day sessions
  • Develop special interests and run clinics such as minor ops, women's health, diabetes, and menopause clinics
  • Work collaboratively with our extended clinical team, including ANPs, Paramedics, and Nurses
  • Participate in our structured and supportive on-boarding programme
  • Have access to dedicated mentoring sessions and a buddy support framework
What We Offer
  • Competitive sessional rate - £10,812 - £11,458 per session per annum
  • Salaried GP contract following the BMA model
  • Enhanced pay for EA/Lead GP/Home visit duties
  • Dedicated bi-monthly educational afternoons and CPD support

Person Specification
  • Medical Degree, GP Training experience, good communication skills
  • GMC registered and on current CCG performers list
  • MRCGP Qualified (desirable)
  • Keen to develop special interests such as minor ops, women's health, diabetes, menopause etc
