Our client is looking for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join their Operations Team.

As a business they specialise in the design and tier 1 manufacture of high and low voltage power distribution systems and wiring harnesses for sectors including automotive, motorsport and aerospace.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Purchasing processes across both Engineering and Manufacturing, primarily around electrical/electronic product manufacturing.
  • Supporting the commercial team with supplier quotations.
  • Be the key point of contact for suppliers.
  • Expediting orders to ensure ontime delivery.
  • Stock and inventory management.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of technical purchasing within a relevant industry (such as electronics, electrical components).
  • 3+ years procurement experience.
  • Strong competence in the use of MS Excel and Sage 50 for Procurement.
  • Competent user of MS Word, MS Powerpoint and Outlook.
  • Clear, confident and professional written and telephone communications.
