Behaviour Outreach Support Service Caseworker (BOSS)

Salary:

  • Starting at £24,724 FTE per annum, to £27,232 FTE per annum
  • £19,018.46 to £20,947.69 pro rata per annum for 40 weeks per year

Location:

  • Lincolnshire Behaviour Outreach Support Service (BOSS)
  • Based in South Holland and South Kesteven, Boston, and East Lindsey

Hours: 37 hours per week / 40 weeks per year (Full time, Term Time Only)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with schools and families to develop tailored support plans
  • Providing training sessions for schools and parents to effectively assist children and youth
  • Actively contributing to the Inclusive Lincolnshire Strategy to promote inclusivity and reduce exclusions

Main Requirements:

  • Utilizing your expertise in supporting pupils with challenging behaviors and delivering training
  • Ability to manage caseloads, conduct assessments, collaborate on plans, and maintain accurate records
  • Subject to a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service
