The Agency

This 20 year old agency are a multi-award winning outfit who offer Integrated Marketing, Digital, PR and experiential services to a range of iconic clients in Retail, Fashion, Tech, Property and other sectors. Recognised as a top place to work in the sector and based out of stunning, bright and open offices in rural Buckinghamshire, the agency offer hybrid working and a host of other perks and benefits aimed at fostering a welcoming and fun culture built on the principal of offering staff very real opportunities to grow and develop (staff turnover here is one of the lowest in the industry as a result). The Role

This is a vital role within the PR team that will see the successful candidate working closely with the head of PR and undertaking a senior leadership role. You'll be tasked with leading strategy on a range of destination and property (among other sectors) while helping to nurture and develop junior colleagues and continue to grow the team. The ideal candidate will need prior Senior expereince (Senior Account Director or above) ideally within agency, be comfortable taking a leading role in both strategic approach and overall management. Responsibilities include:

  • Taking a leading role with the conception and delivery of best in class strategies for clients covering, Media relations, Social, Influencer marketing, events and stunts.
  • Helping to identify further opportunities to grow the team and supporting in pitching for new business
  • Helping to maintain strong and lasting rleationships with clients built on trust and an understanding of their objectives and sector
  • Helping to continue to modernise the PR teams' approach, incorporating news strategies, tech and practises to remain at the forefront of the industry
  • Working to encourage, mentor and help develop junior and mid-level team members
