This company is recognised as one of London's most well-known and respected PR agencies (part of a global agency group), regularly ranking amongst the top 20 consumer PR agencies and top 50 agencies in the UK.

They work with some of the worlds most belovedbrands across FMCG, Food, drink and retail sectors, delivering bold PR campaigns that drive interest & influence.

Currently they are a team of almost 70, based between London and NYC, and they have ambitious growth plans for months and years ahead.

This AssociateDirector will join the agency's growing corporate division, working on some incredible big budget brands on a mix of thought leadership, reputation management, employee engagement, crisis and sustainability comms.

As a wholly integrated agency, this AssociateDirector will lead cross-agency campaigns with strategy, creative, digital and broadcast teams.

About the Associate Director Role


Sitting at part of the division's leadership team, the core function of the Associate Director role will be to lead and inspire the team, oversee activity on some of the agency's most profitable accounts by developing deep relationships with key stakeholders,and to drive growth for the corporate division by seeking out new revenue streams from existing and new clients.


The ideal Associate Director

  • Working at Associate Director level at an agency currently or an experienced SAD ready for a step up
  • Experience working with complex, large accounts in a crossagency setting and overseeing corporate comms programmes
  • Strong track record of new business wins and growing business from existing accounts
  • Energetic and inspiring to team members, as well as ambitious and eager to succeed
  • Sector experience from FMCG, retail, transport, property and energy
