CUSTOMER INSIGHT MANAGER - HYBRID/BIRMINGHAM - UP TO £ J12791An exciting opportunity for this medium sized retail financial services organisation to join their Analytics Team and provide insight that delivers commercial value.

The Customer Insight Manager will use analytical methods to understand, test and predict customer and marketing profitability.

Role responsibilities:
-• Manage data and analytics capabilities to drive full end to end customer journey insight, to deliver commercial success

  • Define analytics roadmaps to support company goals and objectives
  • Manage and engage with key 3rd party relationships
  • Provide analytical insight around customers including profiling, acquisition, marketing, segmentation and behaviours.
  • Support various teams to optimise sales and marketing channels by providing analysis, insight and recommendations
  • Provide test and learn performance results using A/B & MVTSkills and experience: - Financial Services, Banking or retailer customer insight experience (regulated environment)
  • Expert knowledge of SQL and SAS or Python as a programming tool
  • Statistical and behavioural analysis including test and learn, optimisation and analytical models ie scorecards, propensity, CHAID, forecasting (CRM, Customer knowledge, e-CRM)
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder influencing skills through story telling Candidates must have an existing right to live and work in the UK.
