Gi Group Recruitment is looking for a Domestic Team Leader for a Public Sector client based in Bristol. The role involves providing a complete cleaning service within Property Services premises following specified schedules and procedures.
Duties of the Domestic Team Leader- Manage a team of domestics, assign workload schedules, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Create weekly staff rotas.
- Supervise domestic staff to ensure high-quality service delivery as per schedules and procedures.
- Monitor service quality weekly using IT systems and take corrective actions where necessary.
- Control and distribute equipment and materials within budget limits.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and materials.
- Establish and uphold good relationships with staff, clients, and supervisors.
- Assist in organizing and providing training according to development plans.
- Suggest and implement improvements in service delivery in consultation with managers.
- Must have a Full Driving Licence.
- City and Guilds Level 3 Cleaning and Support Services certification or equivalent experience.
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification or willingness to pursue.
- Prior experience in team management.
- 27 days annual leave + 8 days bank holiday.
