Job Overview:
Provide effective commercial leadership of sales, marketing & contract management teams, maximising potential and developing team members to achieve and exceed goals.
Identify opportunities to maximise return from existing business contracts through negotiation and contract management.
Analyse marketing strengths and gaps including competitor analysis, market analytics, demand generation and forecastingDrive business development activities identifying potential new areas for growth To be successful:
Relevant degree (Commercial/Sales) e.g.
BSc/BA in Business Administration, finance or relevant fieldMinimum 7 years' experience in a senior commercial role with proven track of building strong teams and driving growth in a competitive environmentPrevious experience in a medical / healthcare company in a senior commercial roleDemonstrable experience in growing and developing both Sales & Marketing teamsConsultancy and partnership skills, including negotiation and influencing skills; proactively building relationship with others to achieve results How to apply:
