Production Controller, £37,000, CambridgeThe purpose of this jobAs Production Controller role, you will oversee the full production lifecycle, ensuring customer expectations are met.

This includes planning and managing material supply and production progress, through to customer delivery.

Your responsibilities as a Production Controller will include:

Plan and manage the programme stream, to ensure timely deliveryLiaise, internal coordination and planning of production between departmentsTrack and report performance KPIsMaterial and stock risk mitigationMaintain correct MRP demand for supply chain activityYou'll have:Production controller or coordinator experience ideally, within an engineering/manufacturing environmentProven track record managing positive results in production safety, quality, productivity and costsExcellent ability to develop internal stakeholder relationships, influencing and leading positive resultsWorking knowledge of MRP systems, with excellent IT skills (particularly Excel)Strong analysis and evaluation skills, with a focus on data and KPIsYour new employerRubicon Recruitment's client is a highly successful business who are pioneers within their industry.
